Executive Management

We provide short-term Executive Management (EM) support for organizations or departments experiencing transition or instability. Contracts are offered for up to three months at a time, to stabilize existing business operations and prepare the organization for its next phase of leadership.

Services Include:

  • Engagements of up to three months
  • A dedicated team of three members
  • Organizational and leadership assessment tools
  • A customized transition and action plan
  • Note: Fundraising strategies and execution are excluded
