With over three decades of professional experience, Thaddaeus has worked extensively in developing both young people and professional staff, walking alongside them as they grow in life and step into leadership roles. Having a career rooted in people development – coaching individuals, leading teams, and managing multiple organizational sites – has fueled a deep passion in him to help others foster environments of success where people can achieve the best possible outcomes.
This passion is also rooted in Thaddaeus’s background as a college football team captain and coach, experiences that continue to shape his philosophy of leadership and success. Through hard work, discipline, and commitment to growing as a team, reaching your goal becomes more possible. Karleigh Wagner
Karleigh is passionate about serving leaders and organizations. Her background ranges from residential agency development to communication and fundraising consulting for nonprofit leaders in inner-city contexts. She currently serves on staff at a multi-state organization, partnering with government and private entities to offer 24/7 care for hundreds of youth each year, in addition to enjoying the gift of life with her husband Daniel and daughter Stella. Seeing the world through the lens of her faith, Karleigh is inspired by those who labor with excellence to honor all types of people.
Elliana Hill
Working alongside her founding father, Elliana serves as the Marketing Coordinator for Reset, strengthening brand presence, communication, and organizational engagement. Having studied and received her degree in Integrative Marketing Communications at Harding University, Elliana brings hands-on experience to her work. With a strong passion for working with people, she is driven to help organizations effectively elevate their brands through media, management, and strategic engagement. Her experience in marketing coordination, hospitality, and event planning allows her to communicate vision clearly and enhance overall organizational impact. Elliana’s approach is rooted in thoughtful planning and effective coordination, helping to enhance the presence of brands and organizations.
